Set of lectures on the M&A at Master Study Programme at the Faculty of law, University of Montenegro
On 12th and 19th October 2021, our Managing Partner Lana Vukmirovic Misic and our Senior Associate Milica Komar held lectures for law students of Master Study Programme at the Faculty of law, University of Montenegro, at the Business law clinic.Set of lectures covered the topic of Mergers & Acquisitions which was accompanied with the case of simulation of one M&A transaction.Our lawyers, in the role of lecturers, brough closer to the students forms, variations and steps of such transactions.Consequently, students were given the task to structure, negotiate, present and demonstrate practical implementation of such transaction divided into groups –buyer’s and seller’s side.We are grateful that we had the opportunity to work with the students who demonstrated excellence and to provide them with practical experience in the field of their interest.
